Resilient Australia Awards entry deadline extended

6 June 2023

Submissions for the 2023 Resilient Australia Awards have been extended and will close on Friday 30 June 2023

Now in its 24th year, the awards promote initiatives that build whole of community resilience to disasters and emergencies around Australia, as well as images capturing resilience in action. For the first time, entries can be made by video or in writing.

The awards are a great opportunity to nominate an individual, organisation or community and recognise and celebrate their efforts towards making Australia a more resilient place to live. They are open to all Australians, including emergency services personnel and agencies, not-for-profit organisations, small and large businesses, local and state government, schools, education institutions and research bodies.

Submissions will be judged at the state and territory level, with winners from each state and territory considered for national awards.
