Service Stream (Peninsula Link or PenLink)

Service Stream is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Peninsula Link freeway. Service Stream is a support agency for emergencies occurring within Peninsula Link freeway land. Service Stream will provide resources, within its capability, to assist control and support agencies or persons affected by an emergency on the Peninsula Link freeway. Service Stream may also have a role in emergencies that do not involve the Peninsula Link freeway directly but affect its operation.

  • assisting other agencies with traffic management, as required (excluding maintenance of supply lines)

Liaise with state authorities and local government regarding Peninsula Link
