EMV social media Terms of Use 

Emergency Management Victoria (EMV) uses social media, including LinkedIn (External link) and Twitter (External link), as communication channels. 

These Terms of Use apply to all social media services used by EMV. In commenting on EMV accounts, you accept that EMV will moderate its social media accounts in accordance with the Terms of Use.

EMV will:  

  • remove and possibly report any comments that include content that we consider may be inappropriate or offensive 
  • leave appropriate comments that relate to the subjects covered on this page 
  • where appropriate, respond as promptly as possible to comments and questions. EMV may also choose not to respond. 

Comments made by users in response to posts to this page do not represent the opinions of EMV or the Victorian Government.
