Celebrate a local resilience project or initiative by nominating it for the 2023 Resilient Australia Awards.
The national Awards, which have been running for 24 years, recognise and promote outstanding initiatives which contribute to building safer and more resilient communities.
Nominations can be made across seven categories: community, business, government, local government, school, photography, and mental health and wellbeing.
For the first time this year, submissions can be made by either video or in writing.
The awards are open to all Australians, including but not limited to, individuals, not for profit organisations, small and large businesses, all levels of government, schools, education institutions, research bodies, and emergency service agencies.
Applications will be judged at state and territory level, with winners advancing to become finalists for the national awards.
Submissions close Monday 5 June 2023.
