2024 SEMP review - Schedule of changes

The changes in this schedule relate to the changes made through 2024 State Emergency Management Plan (SEMP) amendments.

2024 SEMP Amendments were approved by the State Crisis and Resilience Council (SCRC) in 2 separate tranches:

  1. October 2024: transition of Regional Relief Coordination from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) to Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV) and introduction of the Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) role statement.
  2. November 2024: introduction of roles and responsibilities related to waste services disruption.

Changes included in this schedule:

  • Section 1 (from page 1 of this schedule) outlines the changes made to the interactive and functional SEMP PDF. These changes are displayed in a table.
  • Section 2 (from page 3–12 of this schedule) outlines the changes made to SEMP Roles and Responsibilities web content in October 2024. These changes are shown as tracked changes.
  • Section 2 (from page 13–20 of this schedule) outlines the changes made to SEMP Roles and Responsibilities web content in November 2024. These changes are shown as tracked changes. 

Changes not included in this schedule:

  • Changes to agency role statements are not included, as these have been worked through with the relevant agency(ies).
  • Changes to critical task tables are not included as these tables are a direct reflection of content found in agency role statements.
